Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1–2 business days, and parcels arrive within 14 days of the order date.

You can look up any order using the email address you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code to sign in — there's no password to remember.
Where's my tracking number?
When tracking is available for your shipping method, we email it to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first — it's the most common reason people miss it.
